ARMC Health Care in Burlington, North Carolina, recently received the prestigious Laureate Award for Workplace Excellence for outstanding scores on the organization's 2007 Work Climate Survey.  Over and above the level of scoring needed to qualify for the Excellence Award, ARMC made a concerted effort to maintain an exceptional work environment.  The Award was presented on site to the Senior Leadership of ARMC.
