<p>&#8220;The Catalyst Connection&#8221; is an audio &#8220;roundtable&#8221; discussion podcasts, where consultants and guests of The Jackson Group discuss topics of interest to today&#8217;s healthcare managers and leaders.  The podcast has been in production for over a year, with over thirty episodes available.</p>
<p>Episode #31, to be available on April 1st, 2009, will deal specifically with the DriveLeadership program.  The need for such a program will be discussed, as well as what makes DriveLeadership different than other leadership programs in the marketplace.</p>
