The Jackson Group, Inc., a management consulting and survey services located in Hickory, North Carolina, is proud to announce the “kickoff” of it’s DriveLeadership program!  DriveLeadership is a comprehensive process for preparing current and future leaders for active, results-oriented roles in rapidly changing organizations.

DriveLeadership will consist of several components, including leader assessments, construction of leader “profiles”, “Road Map to Improvement”, skills development sessions, opportunities for individual or team coaching, and reinforcement of these skills through the use of additional time on-site and online resources such as a web site and podcasts.
