The DriveLeadership Client Site
All DriveLeadership client organizations are provided with a personalized, unique web site where individual participants can read postings made by their TJG Consultants, share suggestions and comments with each other, participate in quick polls as well as access to:

- New and Archived Issues of “Turning Points”
- “Leadership Works” – an interview series with “leaders who lead well”
The site is updated regularly with new content and posts and can be accessed anywhere on the Internet using a Username and Password provided by TJG and specific to the client organization.
“Turning Points” Briefings
“Turning Points” is the monthly “briefing” of leadership behaviors written in newsletter format by TJG Senior Consultants and guest contributors. Each two-page edition provides an entertaining, enlightening yet extraordinarily practical insight into a specific leadership skill. Useful tips are provided for practicing leaders in the “Think This…” and the “Do This…” sections.
TJG’s Leadership Podcast Series (via “The Catalyst Connection”)
For access through the client-specific DriveLeadership web site, TJG has produced a series of podcasts (audio recordings) of individual interviews or group discussions/presentations – all focused entirely on tapping into the thoughts, insights, helpful hints and skills of professional consultants and practitioners. Since 2006 The Jackson Group has been communicating useful information to all involved in the businesses of leading and managing in healthcare through its acclaimed series The Catalyst Connection. TJG records new installments of podcasts each month and has, especially for DriveLeadership clients, reproduced past installments that deal with Leadership skills. Those archived installments plus the new additions provide yet another vehicle to keep “leadership skills at the front of the mind” for practicing leaders.
On-Going Leadership Blog
Increasingly popular is the use, in the DL client web site, of blogs – brief snippets of information or links to more extensive information. This upscale vehicle for communication is used frequently by TJG Senior level Consultants and “guest bloggers” to “expound” on or share insights about leadership thoughts. Readers of the blogs can respond to, comment on or create dialogue with the blog author through the site.
Getting Inside the Head of ‘Great Leaders’ with TJG’s “LEADERSHIP WORKS” Series
The newest addition to the web site resources available to DriveLeadership clients and participants is “LEADERSHIP WORKS”, a unique way of sharing valuable “things I have learned” from people acknowledged to be a “great leader” by peers or observers. Don’t think these are interviews with national figures or military heroes. These are practicing leaders in day to day life of today’s organizations: CEOs, Department Managers, Supervisors, Bank Presidents, Community Agency Directors, etc. Real people, real leaders who simply consistently practice good leadership skills.
This innovative video interview is often supplemented with a summary of the interview in “Turning Points” or TJG’s Leadership Blogs.
