In fact, The Jackson Group now provides two different levels of interaction, de-pending on your organization’s needs and complexity: “Mercury2” and “Mercury Dashboards”.
The latest offering, Mercury Dashboards, serves as a simple, graphical representation of critical survey data that can be viewed from any web browser with minimal interaction. The dashboards act as a reservoir of information collected from one or various survey data sources, and displays the information using graphs, charts, and tables.
Dashboards can be made available to various people within the organization to let them all have access to current survey results and trends. In fact, the dashboards can even be built to tie in other organization-specific metrics (financial, staffing, sales, etc.) to pro-vide users with a true “one-stop” source for company vital data.
Although The Jackson Group can provide stock, off-the-shelf dashboards for such areas as Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, or even the H-CAHPS national survey initiative, custom dashboards can also be developed that reflect the style and needs of any organization. Logos, colors, and verbiage can all be modified to “brand” the dashboard as part of the organization’s communication system.
Mercury2, the next version of the online data access system, provides clients with up-to-the-minute access to their survey data - whether employee or customer satisfaction - and lets them create their own “tables” of information from their survey questions and demographics. Users can build simple or complex tables of survey data then export them to Microsoft Excel or Powerpoint for further analysis or presentation.
