Use "jacksonreports.com" as the portal for viewing interactive tables and dashboards.  Client-specific logins and passwords direct users to their respective system.



Dashboards can visually represent data at the department/unit/work area level, with historical information for identifying trends.



Dashboards can be built that compare units or departments in a facility or area and graphically highlight those that fall above or below the standards set by the organization.



Dashboards can also tie in other organization-specific metric data to provide a complete "one-stop" site for Executives or high-level managers.

Use Dashboards to graphically communicate results from such initiatives at "H-CAHPS" and keep everyone in the organization up-to-date as to results and outcomes.



If you wish to gain more insight into your organization's survey data, you can log into the "Mercury2" online data access system and view the projects available to you.



When viewing a survey project, you can select the questions or statements you wish to work with and build them into a simple or cross-table.



Tables generated by Mercury2 represent real-time data (web, telephone and written surveys only).



Tables can be exported to Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint for further analysis or presentation.
