Director of Patient Surveying Services, will be presenting to the Association for Home and Hospice Care of NC Leadership Conference, October 26th in Concord, NC.
The
topic covered will be "Getting Ready for HH CAHPS". Attendees will get
up-to-date information about the new survey initiative, how it can
benefit your organization, and how best to implement it successfully.
Speaking as the only CMS CAHPS approved vendor in the Carolinas,
Jackson and Jones will include a timeline for implementation and will
share strategies for using the survey process and its results to
improve the perception of care from their patients.
