Angel Medical Center has been named a recipient of The Jackson Group’s prestigious Laureate Award for Workplace Excellence.  The award was presented July 13 to the Angel Medical Center Department Leadership Team and the Hospital and Foundation’s Board of Directors.
The Laureate Award for Workplace Excellence was awarded to Angel Medical Center based on Work Climate Survey results that qualified for a rating of “Excellence” in accordance with The Jackson Group’s rigorous review criteria.  

The Laureate Award for Workplace Excellence is awarded in recognition of high scores given by hospital employees to key factors known to make a difference in the creation of a healthy, engaging workplace. The Laureate Awards are given only after certifying high survey results and reviewing the organization’s internal work plans for constantly improving the workplace.
