Who We Are
It would be easy to say that The Jackson Group, Inc. is simply a company dedicated to the improvement of companies through the use of our survey services, consulting services and multimedia services. That standard way of describing a company comes nowhere close to describing our talented people and their personal commitment to our clients.
The Jackson Group has a long history, one that was formed by Margaret and Tony Jackson in 1976 when the company was a solo consulting practice called A.K. Jackson & Associates, Inc. From A.K. Jackson & Associates, Inc. to Jackson & Associates, Inc., to The Jackson Group, Inc. and its wholly- owned subsidiary, Jackson Group Interactive, our name has changed to reflect our growth through the addition of staff and services. Throughout the changes, the quality never waned nor did the commitment to innovation, flexibility and responsiveness.
Serving over 200 clients in over 38 states and Great Britain, The Jackson Group, Inc. continues its search for innovative ways to meet clients' needs. The company has pioneered and led the survey and consulting industry into the use of self-entry, touch screen and Web methodologies for employee and customer surveying...and the search for practical and useful applications and technologies continues today.
We are pleased to be recognized as a leader in our field, but most importantly we are honored that many organizations have chosen to be clients of The Jackson Group, Inc. continuously for more than twenty years. We are humbled by that, and we will continue our efforts to justify that trust.
